Bunk Enders - Abrasion

"I tried two pairs of these on the ends of my 6" carpeted bunks to protect the carpet and keep the load well under the limit. However, I have removed them since I kept seeing colored dust probably caused by abrasion of the gelcoat by dirt caught between the plastic and the gelcoat from the motion of trailering.

"i installed this on my old boat trailer as part of my restoration job. it is well made and seemed to made a huge difference in the loading and unloading of my 16.5' bass boat. hopefully it will make my new 2"x6" bunk boards last alot longer!!"

"Insstalled the bunk glides when I came in from fishing. It took 15 minuites, back the trailer in the water half way and my 25hp pushed the 16ft pan fisher on the trailer with ease. I could not do this before on the carpet bunks alone. Just make sure to take precatuion when time to launch the boat that it does not glide off as easy as it went on.
I am also able to adjust the boat by hand while on the trailer as well, as were I could not move it before. Two other Items used were the bunk side guide on kit and the spring loaded launch and go item."
