good buy

"I would always do the ol' ball and chain Carolina rig. I was tired of all the knots and swivels and weights. Also all your doing is dragging your bait flat across the bottom. With the spot remover it gives you a great stand up presentation. So when your on beds or around stumps or other cover you can hold it there with more action. The pro module offers a nice cork screw type Bait retainer that holds extremely well...I am a big fan and will continue to buy"

"One of the few truely "stand up" jig heads I have found. Work great with floating or trick worms. Work great with magnum size worms even up to 10+ inches. Wish BPS would carry the Magnum version of this item. It has a 6/0 hook and comes in 1/2 oz.size. Chompers is pretty good too as well as Mega Strike but u can't get it here."

"I was able to catch by biggest Largemouth to date with the help of this shaky head and a Zoom Magnum Finesse Worm. If your'e looking for a shaky head jig that you can skip, this is it. This is one of the 2 different jig heads I use for worm fishing. I like everything about it and it works to perfection."

"This is can cast thisthe second one of these I have purchased. This reel is GREAT!!!! no backlashes, you can cast it a mile. This reel handles better that some of those high dollar reels I've owned. This reel is worth it.
Great for someone who needs to learn how to use a baitcaster. Go get one before they run out of stock.
Also you can cast this reel all day, it's light weight but it can handle big fish.

Spot Removers

Advantages: Ease of use, Style/Design, Performs well
"The spot remover jig head is easy to rig and use. I've caught some dandies with these and they pretty much work themselves. I prefer the senkos or senko type lures with these and they shake like crazy when you barely move them. Just creep it back to the boat real slow and they can't resist."

"Excellent standup jighead. The screw works to perfection and holds the plastic in place cast after cast and fish after fish. Someone said it was hard to use the screw...they must be an idiot not to be able to thread a worm on the screw, a 3 year old could do it. Someone had also said they thought the hook was somewhat not beefy enough but I actually like that it has a little bend to it. The hook is good enough to land big fish in my opinion and when you get snagged that little bit of bend allows the jig to come loose and I save my bait. Great jig and I will continue using them. Charging an extra buck for the pro model is silly but hey it does hold your bait better so its worth the extra buck."

Very Effective

By TableRock55

Advantages: Ease of use, Style/Design, Performs well
Disadvantages: too expensive
"This is a good shakey head, but I would just as soon use the less expensive original Spot Remover. The spring holds the worm great, but, for me, not any better than the stud. The best thing is the design of the head on both. If I could change one thing, I might try a cross eye jig hook."
