Will not mildew or corrode. AFTCO’s Kite Kit includes one set of solid fiberglass medium spars for 9 to 16 mph winds. Made in USA.

Add light spars

Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well
Disadvantages: light spars are purchased separately
"I have used this kite for 2 years. It is easy to use and durable. The limitation it has is that the package only comes with medium spars. You can purchase light spars separately for about $25. If you don't get the light spars then you will either need to troll fast, add helium balloons, or wait until you have 4' waves (due to the amount of wind required to keep the kite in the air) to use it properly."
