"The cups are excellent for the guys in the family that like to take a coffee for a ride. They go everywhere with them and hold up well. I really burned at how long I waited for a slow and expensive delivery. I won't be doing that again."

"We had to throw the cup away after the first use. I put it in the dishwasher and when I took it out to put it away it was full of water...just not in the cup...in between the cup. I would hope that since this you sent us this review showing you care about the products you sell that you will send us a replacement mug of a similar style..."

"I like this mug better than my stainless steel one because it gradually cools down so that I don't burn myself. I don't like my drinks scalding hot, so this is ideal for me while I am driving and want to sip on something hot but not scalding hot."
