"I have the 5'6" tidwater and love it. I fish GAR with it down here in Texas. I have got my best Gar in with this rod and a 90 Penn on 130lb test. It was 9'8" and 193lb. THE TIME OF MY LIFE."

Disappointed

,

Disadvantages: Performance, Durability
"Purchased rod about 1 month ago, 2nd trip using it the rod broke reeling in a 30in amberjack.
The rod was med-heavy action rated for line up to 40lb, hardly put to the test by a 30in amberjack. 30 in is the min. requirement for aj's in the gulf. Needless to say...disappointed.

"BTW 56 SURR. These are my grouper diggers. They just don't break. Well, they will if you do something stupid. Overall, I have not used any other rod I like more. Light weight, strong, long lasting. The price is rather attractive also."

"This is an outstanding rod for this price. I have guided for halibut fishing for 9 years on the west coast of Canada. I use this product and have recommended it to many of my friends. The rod has great power yet is still light weight and has a sensitive feel that many other more expensive rods dont."
