"This is a great tube to use on smallmouth and largemouth. Taken my biggest smallmouth of 3lbs on one of these tubes out of a creek. This lure also boated me a 5lb largemouth last summer. All on this size and the puke color."

"I love these tubes. I stick with about 3 different colors and I catch fish when nobody else is. I've caught large mouth, small mouth and a few 13 to 14inch black crappie ! They have never let me down, whether it's on a pond, river or reservoir"

Advantages: Ease of use
"Don't work too well in FL, but up north where crawdads are the forage base the Black/Red neon are deadly. Just spent weekend up there and landed 62 fish in two days, both LM and SM. Never head north without them."

"These tubes are great to Texas rig and drag around heavy cover. I pretty much have to Texas rig these instead of using a jig-head because of the heavy cover I fish. I prefer these because they have a solid head which allows the tube to stay on the hook better when Texas rigged. There are other tubes out there that are as good, but none are better than the BPS tube. Actually the whole line of BPS tubes are great. 4 stars because this is not a "go to" plastic. I have more success with other types of plastic, but if you like tubes, you can't go wrong with these"

"I have to say that the magnum tube far exceeded my expectations. When I"m fishing a tournament, this is my go to bait. If all else is failing, this tube will produce. I Texas rig it with, usually with a 1/4 ounce bullet, pegged or unpegged works great. My favorite color is black with red flake. You will not regret your purchase if you buy these."

"I use them on my charters. No matter the conditions, time of year, or species fish hit this lure. I catch, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Red Fish, Blue Fish, Spanish, Croaker, and the list goes on. Their are better baits if you target each on of these species (except Flounder they love them) but for the mixed bag and conditions versatility you can not beat it. I just slip a tube head with a rattle in it and reel it in straight. Keep it off the bottom and they will produce."

"This is a Smallmouth Bass Fishing lure that you HAVE to have. Green Pumpkin with Redflake, Roadkill, practically anything with a brown or green type color will absolutly have these bronzebacks go crazy. I do the alka-seltzer trick, in the tube as well, and they hit hard. The 4 inch is the perfect size, and can be easily rigged in a variety of ways (jig head, Mustad hook Texas rig, Carolina). I normally use the jig heads, and bounce it off the bottom, lett it roll with the current. Excellent tube bait. A must have in your tackle box."

"This is a great tube bait. Good for flipping into cover or swimming through open water, and everything in between. Smallmouth tend to really enjoy this bait. But don't count out catching some Largemouth and Spotted Bass on this bait too.
Comes in a wide variety of colors, which I like. There is definitely a color that will suit where you fish."
