started out good, but leaked,

Advantages: Ease of use, Well made/Durable
"I used a new set of pro qualifier bibs for the first time two weeks ago fishing in northern Canada. Initially they were great for everyday use in the boat. They kept me warm and dry as expected under normal everyday weather up at the 60th paralell (light rain, spray, cold, fish splashes etc.). They were great for stopping wind on cold morning rides out to fish, durable and very comfortable. However, near the end of the trip it rained extremely hard for two days. Late morning the first day of heavy rain I felt cold/wet in the seat area. When I went in for lunch I discovered my jeans were completely soaked through in this area. I had been trolling and therefore was sitting on a soaked seat cushion. Apparently the bibs didn't hold up to that kind of direct contact with standing water (as opposed to rain water simply running over and off of the bib material) even though I also had sprayed them with a sealant prior to use. When I went back out I wore a pair of light rain pants under the bibs, which did the trick. However, I shouldn't have to do that with a $200 pair of double layer goretex bibs. I really had high hopes for the bibs, and hope I simply got a pair with a bad seam or something. I am going to exchange them and give them one more try , and will do another review if the new pair holds up better under such conditions."

"I've been through alot of rain suits, and stayed wet, but these are the best I,ve ever seen. I got caught in a massive rain storm on the lake one spring , could not even see in front of the boat, And when it was over there was not a wet stitch on me, "VERY IMPRESSED""

"I just returned from my annual trip to the great white north Ontario Canada. We fished for a week, five of the seven days it rained. The new Bass Pro Qualifier Gore Tex Rain Bibs kept me dry.
They are easy to get on and off which is very important. We fish from a guide boat where there are 5 poeple on board, not much room. Otheres in the party saw what I had on are are looking to get there own.
I live in the Chicago area, both my parents and my mother-in-law live within a mile. When it snows I clean 3 drive ways these will keep me warm and dry. Thanks for a great product. I am looking into getting the jacket."

"Purchased my set of Pro Qualifier Gore-Tex in the spring of 2007. After a year plus of use, one of the best purchases I have ever made. Have used it in major rain storms and stayed bone dry. Use it on those cool mornings or days, and it keeps the wind off of you and warm. Great product!!!"
