RedHead® Bone-Dry® Hobbs Creek™ Hip Waders

There are several good reasons why these are our best-selling hip waders. They're tough, comfortable, packed with the features you need, and best of all, they're affordable. The wader's tough, stretchable 3-ply construction sandwiches a resilient layer of special ozone-resistant rubber between two layers of lightweight 3-ply nylon jersey for 100% abrasion-resistant waterproof protection. The rubber layer resists cracking and deterioration to give you years of dependable use. Soft sponge rubber lining adds insulation. Reinforced cushioned knee pads soften the blow when kneeling. Further warmth and comfort provided by 8mm wool felt insole. Brown boot lined with 200 gram Thinsulate™ Insulation. Camo boot lined with 600 gram Thinsulate™ Insulation. Sizes up to 10 have a 34'' inseam; sizes 11 and larger have a 35'' inseam. Outside rubber pull strap. Adjustable nylon strap. Choice of lug or felt sole. Imported. Essential gear for river basin hunting,
December 26, 2009
By badfaulkner
from South Carolina
Advantages: Comfortable, Quality, True to fit, Value for money
"I've used these a lot this fall and they were worth every penny. I hunt drains and swamps during deer season for whitetails and hogs and wet feet can make the cold seem worse than it is. Knee high boots aren't enough in many of the areas I have to cross in order to hunt. These are just what the doctor ordered."

"I have had this pair of waders for a few years, and have not had any problems with them. Use them for fishing the banks of a couple small rivers, and like them a lot."

Great waders for big guys.,

"I have had several pairs of these waders. They hold up well, but we do environmental work, and we treat them rough. I like them because for big guys they provide plenty of room."

"I purchased these hip boots with high expectations about their performance. I am a professional fishing guide on Alaska's Kanektok River. These hip boots failed on the third trip down the river."
