Terminator Pro Series Titanium Leader Wire
3-4x more stretch than stainless leaders Corrosion proof Non-reflective smoke black finish Titanium leaders stretch like monofilament and are three to four times more stretchable than stainless (which breaks when kinked). More "cut proof" than stainless, corrosion proof, non-reflective smoke black color. Used and endorsed by Steve Shook, professional saltwater angler and S.K.A. top angler of the year. Easy to rig--use a simple clinch or albright knot. 25' coil. Made in USA.

Advantages: Style/Design, Performs well
"Basically everything else kinks. I bought 2 X 25 ft from BPH, make my own leaders. The only odd think I found, BPH has sent them in a box when a simple anvelope will be enough, and maybe cheaper. The box was 95% empty. Also, it says that it stretches like monofilament. I cound't prove this. I pulled hard from both sides didn't stretch a bit. Mono has 30% stretch, flouro 11%, that means 4 and respective 1 inch for every foot. Didn't see that in titanium. I crimped a Malin sleeve at the end and put electrical heat shrink in top, totally weedless."

"It dont have memory, very thin an strong but, you can not use knot with it easily ! I now use the malin sleeves and it work great now."

"I bought this leader material hoping to tie leaders more streamlined than typical packaged leaders. The problem is it is not easily tied. I used 40lb and was unable to tie either of their required knots- the albright and clinch. I usually have no problem with these knots. Maybe a lighter weight may be tieable but not 40lb. Do not buy."

Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well
Disadvantages: up front cost
"This Titanium Leader material costs a little more than I wanted to spend, but it works great. I tie up my own leaders and save a lot over the store bought Titanium leaders. I also like the fact that you can custom make your length. If you use the knots recommended, it does not bend or curl the wire."

"This leader wire is great. The coil allows any cut-to-length you want. The knots work well if you follow the simple instructions on the package which are not complicated. A simple clinch knot works well but be sure to pull it tight and leave enough tag to keep it from coming undone. After tying on a couple, it is as easy to work with as any high test mono. I tie snaps and swivels on opposite ends of the leader and it works very well."

"This is good stuff, lasts several trips, survives being tangled in trees without kinking. I've never been able to tie the recommended knots so I use crimps and haven't had one break on me yet. The wire is thicker and stiffer than multistrand wire but doesn't kink easily. It reduces the action of very small lures but is great for spinners, soft baits and plugs larger than F5"
