Krystal Flash
Our Krystal Flash is comprised of flat, fine strands of reflective mylar that are twisted, giving the flash an intermittent ''scaly'' look. Krystal Flash will pick up light from any direction. Krystal Flash can be used for a wide variety of fly tying applications; such as placing a few fibers in a parachute post to tremendously help visibility.

"This is a must have for fly tying, I'd say. Small strands add lots of color and/or shiny to your flies. There's a reason it's a very common part of tying recipes. Bass Pro's price is reasonable for this as well."

"I used Krystal Flash to make Coho flies for trolling Lake Michigan for salmon out of Kenosha Wis.
And the Peacock/Pearl color Krystal Flash coho flies out fished all my other flies combined.
Some of the other colors caught fish too but the Peacock/Pearl color was awesome.

"I have this in the copper color and I use it in a lot of flies. When you use it, it helps if you wet it, it is a lot easier to work with. This is really flashy, hence the name, and it has great action."
