"The first time I wore them the suspender post pulled right out of these waders. It cost me another $10 to return them to "BPS".
I am a sucker, as I asked "BPS" to replace them and I'll try it one more time. I only wish that they would have paid for the return shipping as well."

Disadvantages: poor design need elastic suspenders!!
"I bought two pairs of these waders for putting in my lake dock early in the season and they both failed the first time they were worn. Decent quality, poor design. The suspenders are not elastic! Tighten them up and they break off the attachment points when you bend over. Leave them loose and the straps fall off your shoulders. Typical, finished the job in the deepest water with my pants falling down."

"Great product, I use it to clean tree and debris from our creek. It defiantly keeps you dry from the water. However, when you are working in it, and are in and out of the water on a hot sunny day, it bakes you like a potato!"

"These are perfectly adequate waders, but the bottoms are so slippery that I fell into the river within 5 minutes of going out to fly fish. After being extremely careful to stay on sand, near the end of my trip I fell again -- and the cold water in the boots defintely put a damper on my experience. My companion had a much better set up with boots that had metal cleats. He did not slip into the river... Lesson learned to spend a bit more for MUCH better traction in the river!"

"Not a bad product for the money spent. I purchased these as a stop-gap and I expected to get at most 1 season out of them but I am now going into the second season. They are awesome for duck hunting when all you are doing is sitting in a pond with a muddy bottom. The disadvantage of this product is that it is heavy and the grip on the boots are useless in a stream with a rocky bed which can make wading difficult."

The Waders are what I expected them to be.
I had to do some adjusting but that is to be expected. These Waders are just what I needed for the type of fishing I do. I usually only fish in "water shed lakes" most of which were built by the Soil Consversation Service. These Waders do the job."

"The price is good. The durability is good. But it's very heavy plus it's just impossible to sit down or bend to cut a bait or any movements like that. In this waders you ALWAYS have to stand streight.
I honestly wouldn't recomend it to a friend or would I ever buy it myself but I said that I WOULD just because of the price which is very reasonable."

"I got these waders during Mid-April and they were the cheapest ones I could find cost wise. The label says it all when it tell you that you will be bone-dry. I didn't get a single drop of water in my waders and they held up very well to the stones and weeds. I don't understand how people get them to rip the only way I could see that happening would be from abuse. But anyways, the only reason I gave it 4 stars was because they are really bulky especially for me since I'm 15. Also, the waist size was huge and the suspenders kept falling off. Who knows maybe its just my age and I need to grow into them. Either way that didn't stop me from catching lots of lunker Smallmouth Bass."

"I used them less than 20 days and the seam along the leg broke at the knee level (where it bends the most). Fishing in January is no fun with water in your feet. Also the sizing is weird: huge chest area... not recommended"

Waders Are Garbage

"I took these on a week long fishing trip and they ripped in the seat the second day in when I bent over to net a fish. I had to use them as hip waders for the rest of the trip. They were properly sized for me and I was not abusing them over the ordinary river fishing wear and tear. The rip was not along a seam so I am guessing a material defect was to blame or, more likely, they are garbage."
