"This chain stringer is great for hanging on my wading belt while fishing in the creek.I won't have to worry about loosing more fish from taking the rope stringer I've wrapped around my wading belt.Great buy too!"
"When you're catching crappies from shore, plug a 2 foot stick in the ground at the water's edge, place the end with the single keeper around the stick, fill the other keepers with crappies (poke them through the bottom lip--not through the gill). Keeps the fish lively all day. When you're ready to haul your catch home, use the stick to wrap the chain around to make carrying them easier. Works like a dream!"
Advantages: Ease of use, Style/Design, Performs well, Value for money, Quality
"this large stringer works great i have used these for years one thing to rember is that big fish can bend it open and they will rust i have had experience with both."
Advantages: Ease of use, Style/Design, Performs well, Value for money, Quality
"this chain will hold fish securly. the only trouble i have ever had with fish getting away is hooking a 15 pound cat to it. he poped the link open, i suggest a length of small rope to tie it to a tree or brick if needed"

Corrosion?

Advantages: Value for money
"I've been using this stringer in fresh water trout strems for years. It's still as sturdy (and inexpensive) as the day I bought it. I can only imagine it corroding if used in salt water."
Advantages: Ease of use, Style/Design, Performs well, Value for money, Quality
"I had this stringer ever since i was a kid. I put all kinds of fish on it and it held up fine. I'm still using the same one today and it still works as well as it did then and has'nt even begun to show signs of rust and corrosion."

"i love these so much i got two of 'em. they do corrode, but hardly at all, and are plenty strong, and for all of you who says this is junk, well i say different!"
"i am just discusted will this product. i will NEVER use something like this ever again. i was fishing on the bourbeuse river and i caught 6.5 lb largemouth. i put it on this stringer and it BROKE! just because of the poor quality of this i lost the biggest trophy bass of my life. and when you catch a bass like that out of the bourbeuse river it is once in a lifetime. DON T BUY IT!"
"Dont really like this stringer. I would rather use a nylon stringer. It does do its job but it limits you to the size of the fish you put on it. It also starts to corrode after a season."
