"I bought a 1648SC Tracker last year with a 25HP motor. Being my first boat, I have had difficulty judging how far to put my trailer in the water. Too far and my side bunks (only half length, should have got full length) are under water or nearly so and not doing me any good, and the bottom bunks are also under water all making it hard for me to line up especially in a wind or when the river is running high. Not far enough and my little motor won't push the boat on. The E-Z Slide trailer pads have made it so that I can back the trailer in so my side bunks are up high enough to do some good, and I can see the front end of the bottom bunks and still motor my boat most of the way up. It was a good purchase."

Disadvantages: dangerous
"While everyone is glowing about how great these are you need to take this warning to heart. Today I had the winch on my trailer fail as I was being offloaded on a ramp. Besides a whirling noise from a spinning winch I got to hear the nice crunching of my fiberglass as it was ground into the ramp. Yes, my immaculate Triton boat is now jacked up and waiting for an insurance adjuster. The boat slid right off the trailer and never hit water. Besides looking like a fool I just jacked up one fine fishing machine. BEWARE!!!! These things are too slick."

"There is a veyt shallow launch on our lake and we had a hard time launching our new pontoon boat off of carpeted bunks. Installed this product and now all I need to do is get the end of the bunks submerged and can reel the boat on with one arm. "I had seen these on the trailers at the boat launch, these people were launching their boats with ease. while i was struggling. the water was very low..so low my truck was completely in the water. then i had to push my boat off.. now i launch my boat with ease after my purchase. glad i found out about these. The boat just slides on and off the trailer."

"I am 67 years old and I love to fish...often times in smaller lakes where I can't use my outboard motor to
drive onto my trailer. The task of hand cranking my boat onto the trailer has become increasingly difficult.
I saw the E-Z Slide Trailer Pads at Basspro Shop and decided to give them a try..I am amazed at how easy
my boat is to unload and load again onto the trailer. The improvement is like day and night...I think my 9 year old grandson could crank my boat onto the trailer now. It is so good that I had also ordered an electric trailer winch to pull the boat on, but since I have used the E-Z Slide Pads...I cancelled the order for the electric winch..I can't say enough good things about these "slick" pads."

"This product is easy to install. Makes loading and unloading very easy. Only concern is scuffs left on the hull. I believe that is due to the weight of the Bass boat. Only improvements I could see would be color selection and a type of non metalic material that would wear long term and be non marking to fiberglass boat hulls."

"I recently purchased a tracker boat and it came equipped with carpeted bunks on the trailer. The lakes in my area are quite low this year and unloading my boat was quite a challenge and required two people to push off the trailer. I found the EZ slide trailer pads on this site and once installed, my boat came off the trailer with very little effort.
The only caution I would give is that if you have a steep boat launch, make sure your boat is still hooked up to the trailer or it will be on the ground."

"Lake is drawn down for Corp to do some repairs. Thus, to launch and load a boat was a chore. The E-Z Slide Trailer Pads with end bunkers solved the problem. Product was easy and quick to install (I did it on lake parking lot with a battery screwdriver before loading my boat after a fishing trip) with little hassle. Boat launching and loading is now a snap. I am not flustered by boat problems (getting into and out of water) anymore. Enhanced my fishing experience by this product."
