Best Stand Yet!, August 31, 2009
By NKram622 from Conyers, GA

Advantages: Durability, Ease of use, Performs well, Quality
Disadvantages: kinda heavy

"This is by far the best climbing stand I have ever used. My friend purchased this stand and left it at my property for the season. The first time he was not there, I used it! I told him he had to use mine from now on if he wanted to hunt the property!!!! Let's first start with the only downfall, it is not very light or a quick set up so it will not be a stand to pack into the woods for every hunt. Now for all the good things. It is very sturdy and quiet while climbing. I have never felt so secure while using a climbing stand before. The noise can be kept to a minimum with little to no effort. Once up in the tree you will have your new favorite chair. It is very comfortable, allowing for a long day of sitting and waiting. The front rail makes a good gun rest or arm rest for when getting ready to take the shot. I truly believe the only way to get up and down the tree better is to install an elevator. Good Hunting!"

Advantages: Durability, Ease of use, Performs well

"I bought this stand before last season. This is my first climbing stand. I have to admit I was a little weary because I weigh 260 lbs. After having a friend so me how to use it properly,( and watching the dvd included) I have never felt safer in a treestand. Once you get to to your desired height and "SET" the stand, it doesn't move at all !! It is easy to carry and easy to put on the tree. I don't think there could be a better climbing stand on the market."

"I've never had anything but API climbing stands. I will never have another one after using this stand. It is by far the best stand I've ever used. Very Stable and light weight for it's size. Easy to put in the tree and pack up. I am 5'11" and weigh 185lbs. I originally had the Ultimate Viper SS and took it back because it was to small. I exchanged it for this, and now I've got plenty of room. I would recommend this stand to anyone."
