"I received one of these for Christmas in 2007. I have used it many, many times and love it. The digital display is nice and the push button controls are easy to use. I primarily use mine for fish, shrimp, wings, etc.... but I have done turkeys also. Clean up is easy. Love the spigot for draining the used oil."

"This fryer, steamer, boiler is one of the best that I have ever used. The digital controls work very well and the heat is consitant when you are frying. I used it for boiling crawfish and it worked very well, and also for frying ribs. Fantastic product and I have had serveral friends that are in the process of buying one."

"for over six years I have been deep frying turkeys out side. Well let me tell you my friends no more. With this cooker every thing is easy. Just set the temp put in your food and set the timer and you are done. This is the best fryer you can buy."
