"I have used this combo for a couple of years now & can say that for the money, you can't beat it. As long as you don't overfill the reel, you won't backlash. The 6'6" MH rod is sensitive but has backbone, When you set the hook, whatever is on the other end is going to bleed,blister or peel! Great combo for the price."
