It is what it is, November 13, 2009

Advantages: Value for money, light, quick relaes attachment
Disadvantages: Durability, plastic head

"The looks are very pleasing and it is very light. It is a good tripod if you are back packing and taking pictures with a light camera. I use it for holding a 20-60x60 spotting scope and it is good for that. It has a quick release base that you can leave attached to your camera or scope. It even has a level on the head platform.

I want to point out the lightness of the tripod because it is made for light usage. Another factor that makes it light is the use of plastic around the head.

It comes with a nylon case with a strap that makes it easy to carry.

Easy to use, March 6, 2008
By jackey from MI

"This tripod is very easy to use and very conveneint. My husband and I video tape out our back yard all the time - we have a great view of deer and turkey outside our living room window very often. And before having a tripod to set the video camera on - the videos were very unsteady - the tripod makes for a much more enjoyable video to watch."
