"Like many bowhunters, I have been into trail cameras for a few seasons to help scout areas that I hunt. After several letdowns from inferior cameras (throwaways) from other companies, all the time it took to check cards, buy and change batteries and worrying about the reliability, I went on a mission to find something that would offer high quality, low maintenance, and superior performance. I found that quality performance as well as customer service in the BuckEye Cam!
The costs of the products are well worth the customer service, product performance, free livecam feature, high trigger speeds, multi-bursts, time lapse options, picture quality, long battery life, ease of use and reliability of the BuckEye Cam Orion PC Base camera system.
One of the main features of the PC Base unit allows the user to check pictures at anytime from anywhere in the world that has an internet connection for free via the livecam website. For hunters this creates scent-free scouting right from the comfort of your own home, office or anywhere you happen to be monitoring your camera from. The wireless system can enable someone to hunt smarter in theory. The camera system can also work in alone mode by using a SD card.
The PC base camera system was simple to install and get working with very little knowledge of computers. My family and I were literally enjoying images coming into the PC base within hours of all types of wildlife in high resolution jpeg format. Full color pictures during the day are clear and vivid, while the images taken in the dark are captures with an infrared flash system and produce high quality images as well. All images include time of day & time, moon phase, temperature and can be named for your area and custom logos can be added as well.
Since I have installed this system on my hunting properties, it has been an invaluable tool to help me closely monitor my hunting property as well as the wildlife that inhabits the property. It’s truly a great product and well worth the money! Customer service from BuckEye Cam is second to none which is tough to find these days in the hunting and fishing industry.
I highly recommend the BuckEye Cam to anyone who is serious about quality equipment & quality service from a company that’s located right here in the US!"

"I have to say that I am quite impressed with this system. Having seen this system in action last fall and into winter, I am convinced this is the best wireless camera on the market. The qualtiy of these cameras is phenomenal and the trigger speed is unmatched by any other camera on the market."

"The Orion is the most amazing trail camera I have ever owned. Over the years, I have owned 7 different cameras from 6 different manufacturers and none of them can touch the trigger speed, battery life, or reliability of the BuckEye Cams. Not to mention they were not wireless! BuckEye Cam has superior customer service to accompany their superior products. Just this past January, my Orion weathered two ice storms and a month’s worth of freezing temperatures and it took over 2,000 pictures on 20% of the battery. Try to get that performance from any other camera on the market. I will never own another camera system!"

"Great System - we have this plus 6 add on cameras and couldn't be happier! They have met every need we had for this type of system. Range varies - down south we were getting 6 miles (flat and no trees). Up north getting around 1 to 2 miles. Great flash range and battery performance is outstanding. Comes with rechargeable battery and battery charger which works out great!"
