Kingpin Seat Posts have heftier 1-3/4'' diameter posts and reinforcement ring. Available with Standard or Threaded pins. Base sold separately and can be found through item search at item number 38-540-262-00 (standard) or 38-540-276-00 (threaded).

Disadvantages: cheap materials to make pole
"I sat on my seat today and the internal peice pressed half way down the pipe, i am very diappointed about the materials used to make pole."

Disadvantages: Performance, Quality
"After using the pedistal, maybe 6 times, I noticed that I seemed to be leaning. I removed the seat post and found that the post was bent off center and reinforcement ring was showing flattening. I weigh 189 pounds and have never had any problems with the other manufacturer's post."
