Amazing down range,February 24, 2009

"Just purchased this to use with my new Remington 11-87 with a 26" barrel. At 40 yards I had 32 pellets within an 8" diameter around a turkey head, and each one was either a head or neck shot. For fun I backed up to 60 yards and still had 15 pellets in the head and neck region. This was all using Remington Nitro turkey #5 3 inch shotshells. I also patterned Federal Premium #6 3 inch shotshells and they worked just as well, but I will stick with the cheaper Remington ammo. At even a close twenty yards the pattern with the #5s were still tight, but covered an area of around a 2 foot diameter....I even patterned some 2 3/4" ammo and EVERYTHING shot well.....for the $19.99 price, y9u can't beat this quality"

poor quality control,January 26, 2009
By WindKnot1from Colorado
"I bought one of these for a Remington 870 and could not get it to screw in properly. It would start, but then bind only a couple turns in. I meshed the threads with a Remington choke and they appeared to be the same pitch, but it would not go in. I returned it and picked up a Primos unit. This fit with no problems. Perhaps the H.S. Undertaker was mis-marked and would fit another gun, but even so this one was a quality problem. Bass Pro was great on the return though."
