Best combo, for the price!,

Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well, Quality, Style/Design, Value for money
Disadvantages: two many 1 piece rods, hard to store in car or suv, without having to use a seven foot rod tube, doesnt fit well in a compact car
"I have been using this combo even before bass pro put this combo together! I own 3 different models of this combo, the 7' mh, with a 300 reel. a 6' light and a 6' medium with a 308 reel! This combo is one of the best I've ever used up till now! The balance is almost perfect, the sensitivty is finomanal,great strenght, all with an affordable price! Combined with cajun red line and it's pound for pound one of the best combos out there! It also compares to the more expensive set ups as well! I have own a more expencive combo at about three times the price(Diawa) and the tourney special and mitchel reel, in my opinion is just as good if not better!"

"This is an awesome combo. The sensitivity of the rod is great with the balance of the reel. This is my favorite combo to purchase. This combo is well worth the money and will not disappoint. I would sleep with it if my girlfriend would let me"

Greatest Combo Ever!!!,

"I came across this combo last year at the Fising Classic. I bought one and thought for the price it should be pretty decent, I'll give it a shot. Let me tell you, this combo is AMAZING!!! The Bass Pro Shops Tourney Special Rod is very nice and sensitive, very strong to where it can handle the big bass and pike. The Mitchell 300 XE Reel is so smooth and strong, allowing you to pull in those big bass and pike with no problems at all, with little to no backlashings. I throughly enjoy this product so much that I bought 2 more last season. I let my fishing partner use it and he loved it to were he bought 2 for himself 1 for his wife and his dad bought 2 himself also. I actually just purchased 1 for my little brother and he loves it. Overall, This combo I believe is the greatest one for its price, even for some that are highly priced. If your looking for a great combo that will give you no problems and a great fishing experience....THIS IS THE ONE!!!"
