great action,August 28, 2009
By FisherDadfrom Florida
Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well, Quality, Style/Design, Value for money
"I picked up a pack of these, prerigged, in the watermelon "hot feet" color earlier this summer. Had no luck with them up until the last two weeks. Last week caught a really nice 3lb'er in a public park pond. and then just last night caught a little warmouth that was no more than 4 inches longer than the frog :)
Dont worry if they dont aways swim right side up... the bass wont know the difference. the 3# LM I had was securely caught on the bottom lip.
Not sure what hook Stanley is packing with the rigged version, but they are nice and sharp. I read that they might be Owner hooks."

"I love the action of these frogs. They do land belly up on some casts but during the retrieve the hook ends up underwater. When I got mine the legs were kind of stiff but after I used them last time I went fishing they softned up."

"I bought a pack of these frogs in the baby bass color to try in the local canals. I got a ton of hits and then finally BAMM. I pulled in my personal best to date a 7.5 lber from about a foot of water. Bass can't resist the noise the feet make. I will definately buy more"

Sweet!,April 11, 2009
By Tanthemanfrom Altamonte Springs, FL
"This frog is one of my two favorite topwater baits. It has outstanding action and works well. It caught my 2nd topwater bass and I got some more strikes on it. Work it just like you would a buzzbait, but throw this in heavier cover like pads or through grass. Don't throw this in too heavy cover like really thick grass mats or the legs won't flop and make noise. Overall a great bait and you will like it. Plus it is really cheap. Have fun!"

Not so good,January 25, 2009
By fridayfrom oviedo, florida
"I bought some of these frogs to see if they were better than the zoom toad like some people said. i wish i wouldnt of done that.
these frogs flip and turn too much, and i would rarely get a bass to bite. im sticking with the zoom toad from now on."

Great frog,December 25, 2008
By Luist4498from Polk County, FL
"With the exception of the sizmic toad, this is the best frog buzzer on the market! It comes in great colors and two sizes. It can be a bit hard to bring back to the surface once it hits the water though. I usually have the best success with the Catalpa floating version."

No better Buzzfrog out there.,August 21, 2008
By kennyboyfrom TN
"Unlike many other buzzfrogs, the legs are paddles, not ribbons. They make a bigger disturbance on the water, yet, they will still kick when you let them "fall" beneath the surface. Also the best priced buzz frogs out there."

"This frog is off the chain. I fish ponds with alot of algae. The action the legs give make the topwater strikes explosive. I get the pre rigged, and use power pro. The picture was last night 07-18-08. Four pounds caught on a watermelon red RIBBBBBIT!!!"

Best "Buzz" Frog Out There,June 26, 2008
By DavidHenry10from Central Illinois
"For the price and for its durability, you cannot find a better frog on the market. Way better than the Zoom or Strike King frogs! If you fish in the slop, this lure is a must-have. I will never buy another frog other than this one."

BEST BUZZ FROG EVER!!,June 9, 2008
By ribbitfroggerfrom OH
"This is the best lure of its kind I've ever used! I've had more strikes on this lure than all the other buzz frogs I have put together!! Very durable, and easy to rig. The baby bass is the best stained water color."

Whoa!,April 20, 2008
By Daseinfrom Mobile, Alabama
"I love to fish topwater baits. For a long time I primarily used buzz baits and a lot of times still do. However the past few years I have increasingly been moving towards these frogs. One reason is that bass seem to hold on to the softer frogs better than a wire buzzbait. And the longer a fish holds the bait the better chance you have at landing him. Another plus for these lures is the fact that they can be fished in numerous different ways. My favorite is to drag them slowly across the top and sporadically let them stop and pop then slowly sink. Versatility is the key and if I can have a bait full of so much excitement why would I not use it. The strikes are utterly amazing and sure to get your adrenaline pumping. They are great in grass but do not overlook their use around brush, tree tops and those fat cypress trees."

Great Frog,February 18, 2008
By ChapmanLakeFishHunter
"This is a great frog. The way that the legs kick is phenominal. The best success that I have had with this bait is tossing it into lily pads and hopping it up onto the pad and then letting it fall down inbetween the lily pads to get a reaction strike. I had a big swell at the bait while doing this but the fish didn't hook up. This bait is very versatile as well. You can cast it pretty far and let it sink down in the water column and have the lure do it's work down there, or work it on top to get the legs to wake the water for additional attraction. I really like the action of this lure and I also noticed that the lure rolls over on the retrieve, in my opinion, adding additional attraction, because you are getting transitions from the different colors of the lure, to get the fish to bite."

Best Buzzer Frog ever!!,December 25, 2007
By BASSPROINOHIO
"This lure is one of two frog lures I always have in my box. #1 is this lure, and #2 is a Spro Bonzeye Frog. This baits feet are better than any other buzz-type frog's that I've used, and the color selection is great!! Try threading a 1/8 oz. worm weight on before you tie on the bait, then if you have a fish strike short, you can let the bait drop often catching the fish you missed."
