Little Larger Buoy Needed

"This was my first purchase from Bass Pro Shops and won't be my last. I would have made my own buoy anchor set-up but I had other things to do.
I think a little bit bigger buoy would be more effective. There is not to much drag created by the smaller buoy. even though it is rated for a 38# anchor set up.
Other than that it's a great item.
I wonder if the ring itself be a smaller diameter if that would make a difference? I may make my own set-up just to find out.

"Before we got this product, we spent most of our time drift fishing over the hot spots and then moving the boat to drift again. Last weekend, the current was too strong to keep the bait on the bottom so we reluctantly dropped the 35 pound anchor in 65 feet of water. When we got ready to move, I attached the ball to the anchor line, powered up and the anchor came to the top just as described and when the chain went through the ring, the anchor was caught. Retrieval was super easy. No more back breaking anchor pulling for me. Great product!!!"

"I USED THIS IN ALASKA ON A DO IT YOURSELF HALIBUT FISHING TRIP. THE ANCHOR WEIGHED 35 LBS AND THIS ANCHOR LIFT WORKED VERY WELL."
