Folds away when not in use Accommodates mugs with handles, cans, bottles and more Rugged ABS plastic This drink holder folds flat and out of the way when not in use. "I bought two of these and had the same experience as most with the unit not staying shut. Then I bought a package of hair ties, basically cloth covered rubber bands, and mounted one so it could go around the top of the unit when closed. It stays in place because it is between the back of the unit and boat bulkhead and is not in the way when open like a clip could be. Now when I want to put in a drink, I flip up the band and unfold the holder all with one hand. Putting it away is just as easy since I flip the base up and pull the hair tie down and around again to hold it in place. The package of hair ties has 20 for just over a dollar so when they get brittle or stretch out, I will loosen the screws and replace the tie toot-sweet."

Gets the job done, but cheaply made

"Bought two of these for my boat since the built in "fancy" ones broke. Installation was quick. Double sided tape is provided, as well as screws. I used the tape since I don't like to put more holes in the boat than necessary. After two trips out they are still holding up well and so far have been worth the low cost.
That being said. These are obviously cheaply made and are not built to last. As long as you know that up front you'll most likely not be disappointed. If I only have to replace them in a year or two it'll be worth it.
I also wish there was some sort of clasp to keep them in the "up" postion when stowed. All it takes is a slightly bumpy ride and they open up. I guarantee the first time that happens and I don't notice it I'll probably break it."

"The drink holders r very nice but u have to mount them loosely if not they will not close and u will break them off. They need a clasp to hold them up while not in use. Other that that no problems"

"Bought 2 of these for my boat to try. love the concept of neatly folding away when not in use. also can attach with supplied two sided tape. holder appears to be a little flimsy but havent used it on the water yet so not sure about durability! I would recommend this product for styling, hope function is as good. for the price atleast worth a try!"

"I was really pleased with this product I was able to mount the cup holder just about any where i wanted to and on top of that i did'nt have to drill any holes it comes with stickey back mounting tape or screws how ever you prefer to mount . great product."

"When I purchased my old boat, 2 of the 4 folding drink holders were broken, so I got 2 of these to replace the broken ones.
They are surprisingly sturdy, and with the adjustable "claw" on the top, they hold a wide variety of cup, can and bottle sizes. They work great!"

"I bought two of these for my boat, and they are great. Adjustable to fit many different size bottles, even able to hold my large Bubba Keg 24 ounce coffee mug. Strong, and durable. I didn't want to drill holes so I just used the tape. Very impressed, super strong tape hasn't budged. Even better is I had it open, and I slipped and half landed on it, and the bottom popped off, but it clips right back on over the pins. Didn't break. Very impressed. Highly recommend. Worth every penny."
