just needed hinges!

"I bought this ladder because I broke my transom ladder and I needed two new hinges. I never found hinges or a replacement custom transom ladder for a 1985 ebbtide. So...I did the next best thing and bought this ladder to use for parts. I cut the hinges off and fixed the boat ladder and bolted a rigid tube in place of the hinges on this new one...
Now I have a repaired transom ladder and a non-folding dock ladder.
This ladder also comes with clips that attach to the deck to hold the ladder. The top part (hook) of the ladder is NOT big enough to fit over the side of a fiberglass boat. (tried that) hook part is about 6""
