Friction springs hold the cleat up when raised. When lowered, the Neat Cleat is only 1/2" above deck with a smooth, continuous contour that prevents snags and stubbed toes. Attractive and durable, each 7/16" post is constructed of 316 stainless steel backed by a Lifetime Warranty against corrosion. Press-on drainage receptacles fit onto the threaded studs to capture moisture and send it to the bilge. The receptacle outlet is sized for standard 1/4" pitot tubing (not included).
