Attwood® Anchor Rein

Ideal for an anchor rope, tying up in slips, at docks, to stick-ups and lowering boats into the water from trailer! Can be ideally located on port and starboard gunwales. 32' of 3/16" nylon rope is on a spring-loaded spool concealed inside a plastic housing and mounted under the gunwale with only the Perma-Plated® Zamak handle and stainless steel rope ring exposed for easy access. Patented locking device firmly grips rope when handle is tightened without cutting or fraying. 6"x7-3/4".

Advantages: Design, Features

"I love these things, but I have to mention that I ordered one (from the factory) once and the rope was frayed about 15 ft from the end. It would pull out fine but was a real pain to get back in past the frayed point. Very frustrating. My other ones have been fine though."

"very useful product. keeps your anchor rope easy to reach whether you intend to tie off to a dock, booyie, or attach an anchor and lower it into the water. I have one on the front of my boat. I plan on putting one on the rear as well for times when I want to hold the boat completely still."
