"Bought several shirts and these are by far the best. Carhartt is great for outdoor use, work or play. L is a LARGE, so lots of room. I have long sleeve as well for cooler weather. I wish the price was lower, but you get what you pay for. Quality and long lasting wear."

"This was my second time buying this shirt. The first couple have lasted over three years with weekly use and washings and only minimal fade. Excellent quality, washes well, no fading, size is accurate and fit is good, especially being a XXL guy. I will buy more when these wear out."

"MY ORDER FOR THE 2 HENDLEYS ARRIVED VERY QUICKLY AND FROM THE WEIGHT OF THE PACKAGE I THOUGHT THERE WAS ONLY ONE SHIRT IN THE PACKAGE. TO MY SURPRISE THERE WERE 2 AND THEY WERE CONSIDERABLY LIGHTER WEIGHT THAN THE CARHART LONG SLEEVE HENDLEYS THAT I HAVE BOUGHT IN THE PAST. THEY FIT VERY WELL AND HAVE WORN QUITE CONFORTABLY. THIS IS A FAR SUPERIOR PRODUCT COMPARED TO THE RED HEAD HENDLEY THAT I BOUGHT LAST YEAR."

"It is nigh impossible to find henley shirts in NYC so I opted to buy over the internet with Bass. I am 6'2” and weigh 185-190 - my size is either XL or L. I bought three XL shirts and they were too big so at an additional cost of $10.60 returned them to Bass and asked for three L shirts . They arrived and I tried one on and though it was smaller than the XL still seemed too large but I hoped that it would shrink somewhat in the wash. They did not and it feels like I am wearing a tent. Additionally the fabric is very thick and is unsuitable for warm weather wear which is the only time one would wear these collarless shirts. I now have spent a total of $57.52 for 3 completely useless shirts."

The sizing sometimes runs a bit off though and in no particular rhyme or reason, sometimes big sometimes small, but I have a lot of Carhartt clothing for work and leisure because it's very high quality.
