Great and Mobile, July 23, 2009

"These decoys look great and have help up great through a full season of abuse. I already had some flambeau floaters and the biggest problem with them was transporting them to our walk in hunting spots. The redhead brand is so much easier because of the removable heads and you can fit a lot more of them in a regular decoy bag and then it only takes a few seconds to snap them together whenever you get to your hunting hole."

Not bad, January 19, 2009
By Mullethead

"As was mentioned by some other reviews, these have a better head attachment system than some. I bought in-store and the display model had the kind that just wedges in and probably falls out easily when you pick it up. The ones in the box have a nice twist-lock design. The head positions are slightly different than the pictures shown here. The removably keel installs easily but very firmly, so there shouldn't be any problem with it falling out.

The paint has some problems. Everything visible from above seems to be fine, but the light color under the tail section is falling off before I've even used them. That stuff will be gone before long. I guess you can't expect everything from a cheaper decoy. If it wasn't for that I would say that these are a pretty good deal. Fortunately with a problem on only one color underneath I should be able to repaint it.

New floaters better than old, September 20, 2008
By Anonymous from Middle TN

"I just bought a set of 4 floaters and had noticed that they didn't look the same as the older model in the store and on-line. They have new head designs (sleeper, high looker) and they bills aren't as long and droopy as the old. They looker great on the water, no chipping, lock in heads, thier much better than old reviews. I had to check the box to see if they weren't Bigfoot Brand. More bang for your buck just make sure you get the newest models."

By ecdevil58 from Illinois

"i purchased these dekes last summe after reading the reviews. i did not want to spend a ton of mney as the wife wouldnt allow that. these look better than thecomparable green head gear decoys and are cheaper. i used them all early season and up until the ice started on the lake. left tem in the water the whole time, no flaking paint and 9 times out of ten there were live gesse in our spread when we got there. i highly recommend them to anyone."

So realistic they shuold be illegal, January 22, 2008
By Geoffrey from Bremen, Georgia

"I have used my decoys on 4 trips since purchasing two weeks ago. Every trip the decoys have produced. The flocked heads on these decoys look so real compared to other decoys. If you want to get the geese to deploy the landing gears, get a set of these decoys."

DO NOT BUY THESE, September 7, 2007
By duck killer

"I purchased these the day before our early opener. They were in the water one time in the morning were pulled out during the day and put in a decoy bag. When I took them out to hunt the evening the paint was already chipping off the backs of the birds. I WOULD NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I guess I have learned my lesson that you truly get get what you pay for. No more Redhead for me!"

RedHead Floating Goose Decoys, July 8, 2007
By hoonk hoonk bang

"These decoys are great and affordable I wish the heads would lock in though. They are a great addition to the flock. I am going to use some hot glue or liquid nail, to fit the head problem this year."

good buy, December 30, 2006
By reo111

"the decoys look great the only problem I have had is the heads dont stay on very well. A little hot glue took care of that problem. It would be nice if bass pro could fix this problem .It makes it harder to store for the long haul."

redhead goose decoys, November 15, 2006
By blazer from Latham new york

"These redhead goose decoys look pretty good but the heads don't fit very well, and will come off when retrieving them. I had to glue them in place so i lost the option of changing there postion. The size and color worked well and they looked good on the water. I haven't used them long enough to rate there durability."

good product, October 17, 2006
By goosehunter from niantic,ct

"I have used these decoys for about three weeks. They look great. The flocked head really add life to the decoys. The only drawback is the heads don't fit to well, but when I throw them in the water they stay attached. Easy break down."
