"These boots are very comfortable and extreamly light. I bought these on sale as a pair of extra back up boots. I haven't worn my other boots since. They didn't need any break in at all. They fit my feet great. This was my first pair of Wolverines as I have always been a Rocky man, But it won't be my last."

"I was needing a good pair of boots that were waterproo( gortex), light, and durable. I walk on average one mile to my stand and back thru mud and water. These boots haven't leaked yet and compfortable from day 1. They are also easy to get on and off. I think it's a good buy for that bow hunter who gets off the beating path."

"Bought a pair of these. Used them during deer season and they seemed fine. Used them during spring turkey season and my feet would get wet about every morning. I had to cross a field that was grown up with weeds and in the spring there would be lots of dew on the grass and my feet would get wet. Funny as it is crossing a creek or mud puddle they would keep the water out but not walking across this wet field??"

"Although advertised as a "triple E" width, I found these boots to be extremely narrow and tight when wearing an appropriate winter sock. I am a double E width, normally. Their first use was in temperatures between 28 and 48 degrees in the northeast (Catskill mtns. - New York) while stand hunting. My feet were much less warm as they were with "shoe pack" type boots with inserts. Prior to this style boot, I wore Kaufman shoe packs exclusively for the past 46 seasons of hunting. Obviously, the amount of thinsulate isn't as good or thick enough to work well in sub-freezing temperatures.... As the various hunting seasons progress here in New York through January, temperatures dip into the single digits. I can't imagine how cold my feet will feel this year.... On the other hand, the boots are beautifully colored camo and exceptionally light compared to what I've been used to with heavy shoe packs. However, being that the vast majority of my hunting is spent stationary or up a tree, light weight doesn't play an important role...."

"I love how lightweight these boots feel. Mine are waterproof... I walk though a creek every hunting day on the way to my stand... so far, after 2 seasons, no problems. Not the warmest boot, but when I wear a couple pairs of smartwool socks (I purchased the boots a half-size large) they stay warm and comfortable on the coldest northeast days."

"I bought these boots in 2008. Loved them the first season. Now that they are completely broken in and worn a little, my feet freeze on a day that it's 5 degrees celcius or colder. They used to sweat all day. These boots are good for 1 season if you hunt and spend as much time in your boots as I do. Once these boots are broken in they are as good as wearing running shoes."

"I got these on sale and was a little skeptical at first. They were extremely light compared to other boots I've owned (Size 12 is generally heavier than smaller sizes). The great thing about these boots was the fact that there was no uncomfortable breaking in phase. I put them on with an insulated pair of socks and they were better than expected. I'd recommend, but haven't really tested the waterproof aspect except going through puddles and very muddy terrain."

"These boots are very comfortable, I can wear them all day and my feet never get tired or sore. They also do a great job of keeping the water out. I had to field dress a hog in the middle of a creek that was almost up to my calf, my feet stayed completely dry. Well.. one sock got soaked, but that wasn't the boot's fault, I fell while I was in the creek.
The only complaint I have is that my feet got cold last time I was out. But... I did not have a pair of insulated socks on, so I'm sure that will solve my problem on my next hunting trip. I've worn them quite a few times and my feet have only gotten cold that one time.
For the price they are great boots."

"I'm a size 13 these boots are lightweight. They stayed waterproof for me and I went from desert to mud to water. Melted my soles on the fire last year will have another pair for this year. Feet never got cold spend money on good socks though. Priced higher everywhere else."

"I love to hunt, but it's hard to keep my feet warm. I have narrow feet and it is very hard to find a boot to fit my feet just right. I went to bass pro and tried on almost every pair of boot they had. I finally decided on the king caribou and I'm glad I did. I've hunted in a foot of snow, cold and rainy weather and these boots perform better than any other I have ever tried. They feel good and best of all they keep my feet warm. I have already purchased another pair, and have recommended them to my friends"

"I just received these today and the fit is perfect. After i ordered them I had heard they ran big, but to my surprise, they fit perfect. the camo is outstanding. "These are the best boots I have ever had. I have waded creeks with water 5 or 6 inches deep, never a leak. They are warm and very comfortable. And best of all they are very light, and as I get older that is a hugh advantage! I will buy another pair next time I buy boots!"

"These boots were a gift for my B-day, and while they are very light, warm,and comfortable to wear, they are not 100% waterproof. At the start of my second season wearing them we had a heavy rain one night which left some standing water to walk through on the way to my stand the next morning, nothing serious just and inch or two deep in several low spots. Upon getting settled in my stand I noticed that both my feet felt noticeably cold and damp, I slipped one of my boots off to find my sock wet and stained a red clay color. Arriving back in camp, I found that the other boot had leaked as well. I called Wolverine Boots and told them of the problem and they asked if I could ship them the boots, and to my surprise, they sent me a brand new pair. Wolverine's customer service staff was top notch with getting me a replacement set quickly and for that I'm grateful. Thank goodness I was at the my deer camp and had easy access to an old pair instead of in an elk camp with the possibility of having wet feet and no chance of getting another pair until the hunts over."

"I bought these boots after trying on almost every pair in Bass-Pro. I liked the way they felt on my feet and especially like the weight.
Wore them Elk hunting waded creeks, and wet grass on cold mornings. Never had a leak and my feet stayed warm.
