"Just went saturday to BPS in Leeds AL. to look for a new crossbow. I have owned and shot bows for over 20 years but never a crossbow. The store was packed, being bow season opens here the 15th. The sales staff still took the time to answer all my questions. I was considering a less expensive , like the Barnett 400, or on in that line. After looking at all the bows, @quallity ,features,ect. the Barnett didn't look as well made and didn't have all the bells and wistles the Ten point had.So a bought the Tenpoint, 6 and wow!, I wasn't goin to spend that much , but the saying still goes ,ya get what ya pay for!. Right out of the box, it shop great, very fast,not as fast as the Barnett, but the Barnett has to many issues, as you will do the research as I have and note. (warranttee,trigger probs,dry fire,ect. Anyway the Tenpoint with the accudraw is great. the scope was surprizing to be very clear, and will shoot 20 yards with there alluminum bolts supplied. I also purchased carbon with longer viens, but don't waste your money, the aluminum bolts shot better. Oh and don't shoot at the same bullseye, i busted the vein off right out of the box!! You think after you shot the bow 30 times, you know it. well the dry fire saftey worked , i didn't load a bolt and pulled the trigger,thanks Tenpoint for that saftey.IT WORKS! Some what a little noisy. Can't wait till opening day!!!!!!"

"I bought this bow a few days ago from my local bass pro. I wasnt sure if this was the right bow for me especially for 600 dollars. Yesterday I finally got a chance to break out a bench and see what the bow was capable of. At 40 yards I am shooting patterns not to exceed 1cm. I am using the aluminum arrows that came with the bow and g5 montec broad heads, 85gr. Ten point's scope is specifically designed for their bows shooting around the 300fps so once you sight in one dot the other two are already sighted in. Trust me I tried the other dots, my 20 and 30 yard are dead on as well. This scope is not just some cheezy scope the manufacture throws on for the sake of saying they did. The trigger on this bow is unmatched. Has very little weight behind it and is positioned is a very user friendly way. The trigger also has a full guard. If you buy this bow I promise you will not be dissapointed with it's performance. However, if you do decide to purchase this bow plan on also purchasing fly rail lube and a rope cocking device if you do not get the acu draw. Together the two items shouldnt run you much more than 40 dollars. If you are not sure how to use a rope cocking device just ask an archery rep. and they should be more than happy to help you."

"Purchased a ten point slider today, great service, very friendly and helpful. Was able to shoot reasonably well right out of the box! Acudraw a great feature, a kid could easily cock this bow. A little pricey, but hey, you get what you pay for."

"Have used this Bow for 2 seasons and have harvested 6 deer. Everyone was a complete pass through which makes it much easier to determine type of hit. It does make a lot of noise but makes up for it with speed. I do all my hunting from tree stands so the weight is not a problem. I would rec. this outfit to any other 70 year old who cannot pull and hold the old compound any more."

"I have owned this crossbow for 3 seasons and taken 5 deer with it. It is very accurate and the power is unmatched. The buck I harvested this year ran only 30 yards. The arrow went through the lungs top of the heart and shattered the shoulder blade coming out the other side. It is a little noisy but the speed makes up for that."

"Bought bow last year. Did not shoot deer with it yet, but if it tears up deer like it does targets, the deer wont have a chance. Very easy to load highly recommend getting ACU DRAW and the Steady Eddy. Eddy improved my shooting by 50 percent The customer service at Tenpoint thus far I must also say is excellent. Sent them a question through email at 10 pm and the next morning they were calling me with the answers I needed. I will update this review when I drop my first deer which will be hopefully this weekend"
