"Have had this screenhouse for two years and the only problem is the small flaps at the top . They stay open when it rains and collect water that will start to leak. Goes up fairly easy with two people. Has withstood two heavy thunderstorms with no promlem. We have a large family using this screenhouse 4 kids 2 adults zippers have not been any problem."

What a pain, July 12, 2007
By Anonymous

"Liked this product for a couple of days untill I realized that the vent flaps on the top were going to be a problem. Leaves, pollen. grass, bugs and anything else that blows around the yard ends up between the flap and the underlying screen and there's no easy way to clean it out. And then everytime it rains rain collects on the flaps and has to be removed by pushing up on the flaps from inside - What a pain in the neck. And yes it is assembled and set up correctly ."

Good Product, June 14, 2007
By RockLobster

"I needed a screen house/shelter for a my family's first camping trip
together at Garner State Park. We've visited the park before but it was
our first time to camp. In previous visits people had a main tent and a
screen shelter over the picnic table.
I chose this one because of its large size and shape compared to
others, was on sale here at Bass Pro and the Coleman name. It is shaped
like a rectangle just like the pictures despite having six sides. I
also like the free standing feature (unlike a lot of shelters out
there) which I can move with ease around the campsite.
Inside the shelter, you can walk around but you must have to duck a
little to come in (I'm 5'4").
Assembly is easy and intuitive(but I've assemble many a tents before).
I tried it out before camping and accidently broke one of the strap but
had no time to return it so my father-in-law and I bungee corded it and
it held up well even under some gusts. I broke the other strap on the
opposite side upon dis-assembly. I was able to exchange it at BPS with
no hassle.
The white reflective roof did keep it cooler than my previous
hand-me-down shelter.
At night, the wind picked up and even through some strong gusts it held
up really well. I just had it steaked and didn't have to guy it out.
The size was more than enough to cover the picnic table and give our
party of four adults (two senior citizens), two teenagers and three
kids under five room to eat and move around. It worked will keeping us
shaded and cool.
I've had good luck with coleman brands and hope the sturdiness of this
product was just an outlier. I will be carefull in
assembly/dis-assembly next time or just bungee it to prevent stress.
Overall, I'm pleased with it. If used as designed (occasional shelter
and not permanent gazebo) should last a long time.
