Only One Season, August 23, 2009

Advantages: Value for money
Disadvantages: Performance, Quality

"I bought these last season and they've failed already. The waterproof chambers leaked and connections corroded on both lights. Back to searching for a decent saltwater tail light.
Easy to install and my last awhile for fresh water applications. I wouldn't recommend them at all for salt water trailers."

Great replacement housing, December 8, 2008

"I got this after my old housings broke after many years. These are great. They were easy to install. Although they were just a little taller than my old housings, they still fit just fine. Work great and the light is bright. Definitely worth the money."

"Bulbs dont burn out. If you have an older trailer need to take measurements. They fit on my trailer however had to reposition them. Worth the money and saves bulbs."

Decent lights..., November 10, 2006

"These are decent lights and were a great value. My boat trailer sees salt water, and this is the third set of lights that have been on my trailer. So far they show the most promise - definitely more promise than the expensive sealed LED lights that leaked and died after just one season.

The "bell" inside these lights that cover the lights and sockets may actually keep the water out of the sockets. I also pulled the lenses and used silicone sealant around them and on the wires where they exit the housing just to be sure.

These are good bright lighs, and there are a couple of mounting bolt positions making them easy to install. I am very pleased with them, and will definitely order them again when I need my next set of lights."
