"I matched this rod up with a shimano curado for bass fishing and it has a wonderful feel even in deep water you stay connected to the bottom, and can feel every rock, twig and fish bite. Very light, yet very tough, this rod is great for bass fishing!"

"I just started fishing this last summer and this was my first casting rod paired up with a shimano citica and 12# test. I've been heading out to the water 1-2x per week. This rod has been doing great so far."
