"Instructions say to heat at 250 degrees F. for 2-4 hrs. until all the beads turn blue. I placed the beads on a cookie sheet as instructed and I can cook them forever and they won't turn blue. Sorry product!"

"I live in the Dallas area and we do have humidity. I saw other reviews stating beads turned blue and they are supposed to. It's when they turn PINK that you need to re-cook them and that happened to mine as advertised. So far, so good. My container did start to get a few rust spots from the high moisture, so plastic may be a better material to use."

"Would not buy again, container lid should be screw on type, design is such that lid is held on with friction, and very little of that. Don't knock over by accident!"

"I bought this a month ago and have had to recharge it going on twice. The second I've recharged it, it didn't work. I might have my safe in a too damp location (not by choice) and need more then one. I bought the 40 oz. Just trying to protect my husband's weapons."
