"I couldn't believe the reviews on this caller. No way those wary coyotes come that quick and easy. But I was willing to give it a shot, so I purchased the Foxpro FX3 and tried it in my backyard just to test it on the crows in the neighborhood. Within a minute I had five crows circling over the caller with the Crows Fighting call on, you know the neighbors loved that. But crows are one thing while coyotes are another. So after scouting my deer lease the other weekend I pulled out the Foxpro FX3 and set it up. The remote worked easily at about 100 yds and I settled in for what I figured would be a couple of hours. 10 minutes later out of the corner of my eye I catch a glimpse of a coyote loping through the grass straight at the caller. No circling the area or stopping every 10 yds to scan the area. That ol' coyote was practically salivating at the thought of a cottontail in distress. Now there is one less coyote in this world. Those reviews were right on the mark and I'm sold on the Foxpro FX3. The extra money it cost is worth the time I save waiting and calling for hours just to get a coyote within range of a decent shot."

Very good caller,June 26, 2009

"I received my FOXPRO 3 caller about 5 months ago. I had done some coyote calling with mouth calls but I wanted to get more into it. The 1st time I used it with the cottontail in distress call, I had 2 coyotes come in within 2 minutes of turning it on. I have since called in several more that I shot and a couple that I missed. I love the caller and the clarity of the sounds. I also love the fact that I can put 30 different calls on it."

Still Rate It A Five,February 24, 2009

"I left a review about two years ago when I first purchased my FX3. Now two years later I still give this call five stars. I have had so much fun with this call you can not imagine. I use the Owl Hoot to locate turkeys, use the Dying Crow to bring in crows by the bunch, I've had Does come running in when the Fawn In Distress call is played, but most of all its the foxes and coyotes that are fooled by the various Rabbit Distress, Rodent and Locator calls. I use my FX3 day and night especially for the coyotes. Get you a good spot light, a Foxpro Call and a good rifle and take to the night and have some fun. The Foxpro may be a bit expensive, but it will pay for itself over and over with the fun you will have."

Best By Far,January 13, 2009
By Anonymousfrom Duncan, Oklahoma
"First day of using it i called in 3 coyotes on the first set up and a bobcat on the next. I have been using it every weekend and have had either coyotes or bobcats come in on each set up. I would suggest that anyone who calls, the FX3 is the way to go. Ya it cost 399$, but the best things are costy. You get what you pay for. And not to mention you get 32calls, Everything from predator, deer, elk, turkey, mountain lion and many more."

Fox Pro FX3,January 11, 2009
By crabapple
"I really like the new fox pro fx3, the qualities are exceptional with outstanding volume. The clarity is also great. There is only one thing that I was dissapointed with, the fact that you have to purchase the other sounds that fox pro offers. I figured that they would offer those to you for free after the fact that the call is $400. At least they should allow you a one time deal to choose the sounds that you want, that way you dont have to take the factory preset ones. Just thought I would let everyone know about that part before you buy it thinking they would be free. Other than that I love the call."

Works Great,December 17, 2008
By rmannfrom Texas
"I used one last week in South Texas with a buddy. We started calling using the two cottentail calls, and after about 2 minutes a bobcat came running across the sendero straight toward the call. We couldn't get a shot because we weren't ready (didn't think it would work that fast). Once the bobcat ran off we started calling again and after about 5 minutes a fox ran up a mesquite tree and peed toward the call marking his area, he didn't make it. The next day my buddy called in a coyote with the call.
This call works GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!"

Best Investment I've Made,July 28, 2008
By scattergunnerfrom New Mexico
"I call predators almost year round and was looking for something more versatile than hand calls. When I first saw the Fox Pro, I thought it was extremely overpriced and couldn't imagine a caller being worth that. Then a buddy of mine loaned me his for a weekend, and I couldn't get back to town fast enough to buy one. My success rate has more than doubled since I started using this caller. Extremely compact and lightweight. The sounds are crystal clear and extremely realistic, and the speaker is plenty loud enough for most situations. The variety of calls is unbeatable--I can use a locator, distress, and challenge call all with the push of a button where before I would have had to carry three different calls. The remote works extremely well, and allows you to place the unit away from you, which usually keeps the critter's attention off you long enough to get a shot. It holds up well in the heat and cold, snow and rain, dust and ice, so long as you properly care for it. The battery life on mine has been nothing short of phenomenal...I change it about twice a year. If you do a lot of calling, the Fox Pro is worth every penny."

Coyotes Don't Stand A Chance,August 29, 2007
By IRISHPETEfrom Southwestern Indiana
"I did a lot of research on predator calls before I settled on purchasing the FOXPRO FX3. I am so glad I made the right decision and purchased this call. The very first time I took it coyote hunting to a friend of mine's farm, a big male coyote came running in completely fooled by one of the rabbit in distress calls. I sure he now wishes he had not been so dumb. I have now taken several coyotes and foxes with this call. It is a blast to use and you get exciting results. Plus, it gives you something to do when deer season is closed."

Excellent realistic sounds,November 9, 2006
By Mebgfrom Monterrey, Mexico
"We bought the Fox Pro and immediatly took into into the field. we saw a Doe with her Fawn behind the bushes and played the Fawn distress call. The Doe came out running into the road and up to our truck looking for the fawn once she realised what was going on she left but got as close as 8 yards before she ran away. Congratulations to Fox Pro for a great prodcut."

First time success,October 31, 2006
By CoyoteDavefrom Oran, Missouri
"When I returned home from work one afternoon, late October, I found my new FX3 caller had been delivered by UPS from Basspro.com. I was so excited that I quickly read the instruction manual, loaded the battery pack in the caller and remote, hopped on my 4-wheeler and headed to a favorite coyote field near my house. I walked a short distance and set the caller in a field road that ran about 60-yards below my position. My main goal was to test the strength of the remote unit in the dense underbrush and check the loudness of the speaker system. I dialed-up the code for cottontail distress calls, hit the mute button to start the calling, and was amazed at the quality of tone, loudness and ease at which the remote had worked. After approximately (1) minute and to my total surprise, a huge dark colored male coyote bounced out of the deep weeds only 10 feet from my caller. I was caught off-guard so badly; I never even attempted a shot on him. He caught my movement above him and ran back into the brush. This all happened within two hours of receiving the unit on my front porch. This speaks very highly of the ease at which this unit operates and low scale learning curve that exists to master the functions of the FX3. I agonized over the cost of an FX3, but finally gave in to my desires to own one. All I can say is; this is truly the best electronic caller I have ever seen. It's extremely light weight and the camo pattern hides the unit from sight. The remote operates at extremely long distance, pulling the attention of predators away from the stand location. Being spotted by wary predators has always been a problem for me, since I typically use hand calls. Since that first trial set-up, I have called in several coyotes, all of which ran head-on to the caller, completely fooled by the excellent sound. I plan on attempting to rearrange some of the (32) sounds to better suit my hunting needs, and I am willing to bet the FX3 will handle the change-over easily. So far, every function of the caller and remote are excellent. I can't wait for colder weather, when coyotes, bobcats and other predators are really hungry and on the move."
