"If you are looking for an excited raspy call, well this is it! The yelps starts off high and breaks over to a good rasp. One side has a short front end breaking over to a rasp; while the other side has a longer front end breaking over to a rasp. It definitely has two hens in it! Cutting, clucks, fly downs, and purrs are awesome. The call has good volume. I own over 20 box calls and this is one of my favorite box calls to run. I definitely didn't regret spending the money for this call. This call will definitely be in my hunting vest with all the other Woodhaven products that I own."

"I was looking for a quality call, but scared to spend the money needed. Now I am glad I did! This call is easy to use and sounds great! Woodhaven gets great reviews all over the internet. I guess you get what you pay for. This call sounds like a turkey and not a turkey call."

"I own quite a few different box calls but this one is by far my favorite one. It is exceptionally well made and the sounds produced are indistinguishable from a real turkey. I have used this call to help me call in several birds and it is one of the most important items in my turkey vest. Well worth the money."

"I have tried a number of box calls. The first strike across the cherry box was the best yelp I had ever produced with a call. The tone on this call is perfect. I usually use a custom slate call but this box call will be the first thing I reach for next spring. Buy it and you won't regret it."

"I recently purchased the cherry version of this call. The day after I bought it I used it exclusively to call in a wary ol' gobbler, but unfortunately The shooter missed him.
It is a sweet sounding call, I went from almost never using a box to using one most of the time. Well worth the $60. Hopefully next year I will be able to buy the walnut one."
