Nothin' like it...,March 4, 2009

"Plain and simple, this stud works...and the hen is just as effective by herself. Our central Illinois turkey-hunting crew called in so many birds on some combo of the Pretty Boy/Girl combo last season, we bought a second set on sale at season's end. Put your own tail on him, set 'em up, start calling and get ready to shoot."

"these decoys are great, they look just like the real thing. the gobbler is perfect his color and posture are great, so great that i've counted a estimated 300 spur marks from turkeys kicking and scratching it. the hen is awsome whether she's contentd at his side or standing next to him the gobblers can't stand to see another bird with "there" hen."

Great Decoy,February 24, 2009
By 5largemouthfrom Oklahoma
"I am really looking forward to using this decoy this spring, the only reason that I give it for stars is because I think that the tail could be made of something other than paper which will be useless after it gets wet and on the decoy that I have there is very little coloring on the wings(could have done a little better on the paint job)"

Waste Of Money,December 27, 2008
By duckcallerfrom Innisfil Ontario Canada
"I bought this decoy because I thought it would really bring in the birds. The exact opposite happened. The paint on the pretty boys head was to dominant. The turkeys that saw it ran scared because they did not want to fight the boss tom. If the area you hunt has a lot of dominant toms it may work. But if you hunt for less dominant birds or pressured areas, the decoy will scare away turkeys."

the best non mounted decoy made,July 11, 2008
By bsphip2from kentucky
"The best decoy I have used on the market today. Kind of a hassle to transport, but after a few weeks use you get the hang of it. It helped me seal the deal on 4 turkeys this past year. It drawed in 7 out of 8 turkeys that seen the decoy. I only had one turkey get scared off by the decoy and it was a single on a property holding many 3-4 year old birds. Works great on early season grouped up toms. They just can not keep themselves from running in and tearing into pretty boy. 7 for 8 last season and I will take it any day, the reaction the birds had was worth every penny"

Its like hunting by a feeder.,June 1, 2008
By NKram622from Conyers, GA
"This decoy will bring them in like no other. I first tried it with the artificial fan and it would get them to come and look but when used with a real fan it is on! I have had toms come in ready to fight and all they know is they lost. I have had turkeys walk two feet from me and never notice me because they are so focused on Pretty Boy. Set it up and watch your buddy stalk your decoy!"

Pretty Boy decoy set,April 21, 2008
By Boscofrom Michigan
"Absolutely deadly.
I too, was a sceptic. I watched the decoy set in action on 2007's Knight and Hale video, but attributed the success to Harold's world class calling more than the decoys. I bought the set anyway and cured a tail I had in the freezer. Epoxy (JB weld) works great to cover the quill ends and fatty tissue. Anyway, to the first hunt.
At 11:45 a.m. I set Pretty Boy and pretty girl about 20 yards out in a weed field where they could be seen from a good distance and sat in the shade under a large oak at the edge of the woods. After about 10 minutes I cast out a hen medley of yelps and cutts from my mouth call and slate simultaneously. I took a book to read and proceded to enjoy the day. About 15 minutes later I tossed out a few yelp and cutt sequences from my Jim Rode hyrid paddle box call. I set the call down and picked my book back up. After about 10 minutes I glanced up and saw two white heads instead of one! A huge gobbler silently approached the setup from across the field and passed between the decoys. Eyeing Pretty Boy, he circled to my right and went behind a small bush giving me a chance to raise my gun. As he reapproached the decoys I dropped him at 23 yards. I looked at my watch and it was 12:20 p.m.
The boss was a 4 year old, weighing 23 lbs, with a 10 inch beard and needle sharp 1 and 1/8 inch spurs. He never gobbled or strutted and I didn't give a chance to attack the decoy although I'm sure he would have. I have yet to see what effect he will have on subordinate toms, but who cares? Let 'em go and let 'em grow.
Here's my bonus tip- Instead of bumping birds by tromping all over the field to inspect every corner, just eke up to the edge and find a good shady place to set up. Put Pretty Boy and girl out and let the decoys do the work. It just doesn't get any better than that, friends.
Get the decoy set, you won't regret it. Happy hunting."

PRETTY BOY,March 31, 2008
By TurkeyJerkyfrom York, PA
"How many times have you seen a product advertised and said, "Yeah, right.", never believing it could be so effective or easy? I have to tell you that this thing is fantastic. I live in Pennsylvania and we have a Spring Gobbler and a Fall Turkey season; I used Pretty Boy and Pretty Girl last fall, and I was amazed at just how easily thing decoy drew in the big boys. I did not have a video camera then, but I will come the end of the month when Spring Gobbler starts. I even bought a second tag because I am so confident that with Pretty Boy, I will get two. All my old Delta decoys are target practice now!"

GREAT DECOY,March 16, 2008
By andrew012from Waner Robins, GA
"This decoy is awesome. When you buy this item it comes with a carrying bag. Lots of people have liked the b-mobile,b-mobile you have put together. this decoy comes straight out of the box just like the picture . So its great especially those who are running late. One thing that did happen to my buddy is he a a good jake running in from behind and when the jake saw the carylite decoy it became intimidated and turned around and ran off. But if you are wanting that big daddy thats out there then this decoy will bring them in."

"Last year I had hunted with a friend that had the Pretty Boy and Pretty Girl. The Pretty Boy has the best action in the slightest breese that I have ever seen. After that I just had to have one for this year. All the old decoys in my garage are probbible going to be target practice...Good Luck!"

Pretty Boy Decoy,March 4, 2008
By BofusakaSBfrom Lees Summit, MO
"At first you might be shocked at the size of the pretty boy decoy, it is large. But set it out on your favorite gobbler haunt in April and watch the action. The gobbler's can't stand to see this hoss near a hen decoy. Try it for yourself and you'll be hooked on the "Pretty Boy"."

Take the video camera,February 29, 2008
By nontypical12from Georgia
"By now, we have all seen the videos of guys sticking this thing out in a field, and big gobblers running up and kicking the fire out of them. However, I just couldn't stand it any longer, and had to try one. All I can say is - don't forget to take the video camera with you!
Yes, this thing is bulky. Yes, it is loud to carry in the woods. BUT, it is the most realistic replica available - outside of a mounted gobbler, and then let's talk about tough to carry.
Here's how I use it. I put my tent blind up where I will want to hunt during the late morning and early afternoon hours. I do this the day before the hunt. I stick Pretty Boy in the blind, and leave him. Then, I do my running and gunning in the mornings like usual, and then quietly slip into my blind on the side of a big field about 10am. I like to call every 5-10 minutes or so during late morning, and you'd be surprised at what you will witness turkeys doing. Take your video camera and put it in the blind with you on a tripod, because people won't believe your story otherwise!
Just make sure the turkeys can see your decoy from a good ways out."

"Used the Pretty Boy Pretty Girl combo last spring and it was like a clip off the video. A big Tom came in drumming and strutting, went to the decoys and perished by a great shot by my 11-year old son. I will DEFINITELY be putting these out this spring!"

Illegal,December 10, 2006
By Anonymousfrom Texas
"Used this product last year, and I have to say I'm suprised it's not illegal. It will scare off some younger less dominant gobblers, but you will bring in the big ones on a string. It almost makes it too easy. I filled my tag and then let my buddy use it to fill his. This was the best purchase I ever made when it came to decoys. The only complaint I had was the fan(use a real one instead) and the orange carrying bag. I bought a duck decoy bag as a replacement."

Gobbler Magic!,May 24, 2006
By GeorgiaGobblerfrom Snellville, GA
"I had the good fortune to hunt a large tract of land the last five days of 2006 Georgia Turkey season. The evening before I headed to BASS PRO Shop in Lawrenceville and picked up a Pretty Boy Decoy Set and I'm glad I did. I had a fan from previous season that I was in the process of mounting so I used it with this decoy instead. It looked incredible and needless to say I harvested two adult Gobblers in four days and they had no problem coming in to the decoy. I was not impressed with the Tail Feather that came with the decoy but when replaced with a real fan it is awesome! I can't say enough about this product. If anyone has hunted late season gobblers they know how tough it is to get a seasoned wise Gobbler to commit. There is no doubt that the Pretty Boy was the secret to my harvesting those two birds. This will certainly be in my setup again next year. I'm not blowing smoke. I'm an avid hunter and I'm telling you this is a great product!"

Gobblers on the Run,April 5, 2006
By Gobbler Spring Feverfrom South Carolina
"This product is unbelievable. We hunted opening day and had Gobblers running to this decoy from 75 yrds out and took 3 turkeys on two different hunts. This product works and the turkeys cannot stand it they have to come see who has their hens pinned down. Great product buy two in case someone steals one of them from you."
