Advantages: Ease of use, Performs well, Quality, Style/Design Disadvantages: a little spendy
"I started using these with tubes on my local lake. They are the easiest to rig, very durable, super sharp hooks, etc. I won't use anything else with tubes."

"Great tube heads. The 3/8 ounce model slides easily into a normal sized 3.5 inch tube and stays put. The eye is placed slightly higher on the jig head so it can poke through the tube easier for easier line to hook connection. They pierced through largemouth and walleye mouths without a problem first time out. I can credit this to the extra wide hook gap for easier hook up."

Perfect Hook for A Tube Jig,January 28, 2008

"There are a lot of tube jigs on the market, but the real differentiating factor comes down to the length and quality of the hook. The hooks on these jigs are perfection in design all through the extensive weight range. The end clears large tubes with ease, the gap is as it should be, and the wire is a high-tensile material (Gamakatsu or Mustad) I’ve yet to bend pounding bass or pulling logs. Throw in the razor sharp tip and it all adds up to a near 100% hook-set rate. It’s hard to believe a little jig can give you confidence, but trust me, it does! Score two for the hoosiers."
