Great Fishing Boat, September 16, 2006

"I purchased the Bass Hunter this summer for use on a small (230 acre) lake that I own a cottage on. It is a great fishing machine! I pursue large mouth bass primarily and this boat allows me to silenly get into many very shallow weedy areas that harbor large fish. The boat is powered by 12v trolling motor (50 pounds of thrust). I can carry up to seven rods comfortably along with my tackle. The boat is very stable, and I can easily fish the entire lake without depleting my battery. The boat is well construction and it is rated for up to a five horsepower gas motor, but I don't expect I will need it. I have a depth finder that runs off a portable 12v battery. This is a great addition to my fishing equipment, and I find myself frequently using this outfit instead of starting up my bass boat."
