"I used this on a three day sail of sand bar infested Biscayne Bay. Highly accurate, very nice charting features. The user interface is very intuitive, you LOVE the graphical tide prediction (any future date, any location), and the antenna is freaking awesome. I got solid signal inside the hull of a sailboat, with zero sky visible (dont ask me how). I could use it in the car, no reception problems. (Try that with a Lowrance iFinder...not happening). The anchor drag feature is also nice, I could mark our location, and just roll over and look at our trace, and set the alarm for a maximum allowed radius. 2 AA batteries lasted at least 24 hours continuous useage, sometimes up to 48 hours (get the high mAH). Spend the extra money and get the BlueChart CD; its pretty cool. Very fast and easy to plot waypoints and courses and send them back and forth to your laptop and GPS. I tried the color Lowrance iFinder and hated it. This is ten times better. Bottom line : A+"

"This product is the best hand held on the market, hands down.
i am a big hunter. I attached it to my 4 wheeler with the marine mount. It catches the satellites in seconds. It NEVER looses signal, NEVER!
You won't get lost with this one and the tracking is fenominal.
it's a little pricey and you have to get the map software, but you get what you pay for and it was worth every penny to me!!
I have already and will recommmend this to all my friends. Don't waste your money on the lower end GPS's if you hunt, as you will get lost in heavy cover with the cheaper versions. The WAAS and high specificity is the trick!!!"
