Ideal for lunker largemouth, Gary Yamamoto's Kuhuna Cut Tail Worm is similar to their now famous Senko worm—same salt, same density, same formulation—but with a different profile and unique vibration thanks to the special cut tail. The cut tail adds an enticing fluttering action to the bait when used with a straight retrieve and an irresistible erratic movement when used on a dropshot or Texas rig. Length: 6-1/2''. 10 pack.

My favorite worm,October 18, 2009
By Healthyfrikinbassfrom New Jersey
"when I first used a senko a long time ago, I loved it. But when I first used thsi cut tail worm, it was the only thing I used fr WEEKS! The tail has the power to generate hits that will pull you into the water. I love just jerking it and letting it fall, and I always fish it weightless and weedless. It catches fish all year round and is no doubt my go to worm, even before the senko. Buy these worms! I prefer the watermelon/black/gold color. And it catches anything! I have had largies, smallies, pickerel, pike, you name it this worm can catch it."

Advantages: Performs well, Quality, Style/Design
"This is a great worm fished Texas Rigged for largemouth in the Lone Star State!! Really enjoyed running this one around the lake and pulling some fish out. I wish there were more colors available, but Junebug is my favorite Senko color, and it worked well here too."

Great Worm !,April 23, 2009
By bassfishallthetimefrom michigan
"This is one of my favorite secret wepons. The tail on this worm has bass catching action. It works so well fishing it weightless on a offset worm hook. I fish it like a Zoom Fluke, twiching it, and letting it fall. June Bug is a color that work well for me."

King Cut Tail,March 10, 2009
By Bassmackerfrom Texas
"All I have to say is amazing baits. Yamamoto has never ceased to exceed expectation with their baits, and the Cut Tail Worm is certainly no exception. This is a very versatile bait, which is a fish magnet on almost any type of rig. Whether your drop shotting or just fishing it weightless, the small tail at the end jerks and flips from side to side with every small twitch of your rod tip. For me, the Watermelon/Black/Gold is the color of choice, but these are great on any rig in any color."

Work it!,April 26, 2008
By Daseinfrom Mobile, Alabama
"I love these worms. I commonly worm fish three different ways: 1. Drop shot, 2. Texas, 3. Weightless. This one worm can be used in all three scenarios. Probably my most success comes from the drop shot as the action this worm has is phenomenal. It also works well when texas rigged with a 1/16 oz weight. During the spawn I will fish it weightless over a bed and constantly wiggle it to entice a strike. These are high quality worms and are highly recommended."

It works!,April 7, 2008
By tracker599from Los Angeles, CA
"Just got a chance to try this out at a local lake fishing for Largemouth bass. Between my buddies and I, we have about 40 different types/colors of plastics. After seeing me hook up with a 5.lb'er they all switched to the Kuhuna Cut Tail Worm. Total count between the 3 of us was 14+ after switching to this worm. I'm back to buy a few more! They are pretty durable but I'm getting a few more to be on the safe side. btw- The bass here in the west really seem to like the purple!"

always a good choice,November 27, 2007
By jaisonfrom Roanoke, VA
"Every reviewer that has written about the different presentations and rigs for this worm is right. I've had a lot of luck in shallow water with it weightless and in deep water texas rigged. Don't overdo the bullet weight or it will kill the action. What often works for me is to hop it like a jig and pig. It really is a great design."

Good change up bait,October 14, 2007
By Fish 61from West Bend, WI
"This is a good change up bait to use when the fish are tentative to taking a Senko. I rig it texposed, weightless and at times weighted, depending on depth and were the fish are."

Bass Love 'Em,July 15, 2006
By bassinFLA
"I have recently fished with Gary Yamato Senko's, and have had great success. I found these worms on-line, and decided to give them a try. I instantly fell in love with them. I think they work better than the Senko's. Highly Recommended. Junebug is the only color i have fished so far. This worm catches bass great fished weedless. Work it slow or fast, you will be getting bites within your first five casts!"

The only one that catches fish,July 14, 2006
By Nickfrom Antelope, Ca
"I have recently started bass fishing this summer. I have tried everything in the magazines and by word of mouth and no matter what I used the yamamoto worm is the only one I've caught bass on. The third bass I caught this year was a 21 inch and 8Lb large mouth."
