Clay Buster's,February 23, 2009

"I have been shooting sporting clays competitively now for 14 years. To date I have not found a better load to break those fast, long hard crossers or the distant outgoer than the Gold Sporting Clays. Yes they do buck a little but the performance on a day to day basis is undeniable. In the United States, unless you are buying some of the european imports you cant find a better more consistent shell. These premium hulls are also a reloaders dream come true."

"these shells have a good amount of recoil. But if you dont mind that they will bust clays out to 70yards and kill dove at 60. if you shoot an automatic sometimes the powder wont burn completely but they always go bang."
Best for Sporting Clays,December 28, 2008

"These high velocity shells are best used in more advanced sporting clays environments. They keep the lead from getting out of hand on long crossers and fast-moving targets. They have more kick than the Nitro 27s so, if you are just going to be shooting quartering targets or the "B" course, I'd recommend the 27s because they are softer on the shoulder. When you get serious about shooting, though, these are the shells to buy."

By kris91from marion, Massachusetts
"i used these shells for trap shooting. im only 17 years old. i did trap at my local gun club. i got a 25/25 the first round!!!!!!!!!!! and my dad who did it the next got 23/25. before i always used the winchester AA loads #9 shot. they are great to but these are better. i also tried the gun club loads 9 shot but they aren't too bad. Overall these remington premier nitro gold target loads #8 shot are the best for trap or skeet."

"These are Great shot shells for high handicap shooting or a friendly Pot Shoot where FPS is where the game is won or lost. They are a bit on the costly side so they should be reserved for the twenty-two Yard line and beyond."
Good shells with very little recoil,February 27, 2007

"I have used these shells for skeet shooting and the recoil is less than other shells that I have used. They are a little expensive but well worth it."
