Advantages: Design, Durability, High Quality, Value for money

"I'm glad I spent a couple extra bucks and went with one of these over a traditional whistle for my boat. Since most states require a noisemaker of some kind to be on board your vessel, you cannot go wrong with this one. This thing is audible for miles. Also, the plastic is tough. I can't envision damaging it ever. I used to carry pressure filled canister horns on board but they always expire whether used or not. With this, it's one purchase - period."

Why would anyone buy an air horn?, March 5, 2008

"We just purchased the Seasense Safety Blaster Horn and were so amazed by how loud this thing is! We just bought our first boat and wanted an airhorn and I saw this product and thought we'd try it out. It's less expensive, it won't run out of air, it doesn't need to be replaced or re-charged, produces no waste - just blow in the hole and hold your ears! This is going to be fun to take to football games too. After purchasing this product...why would anyone buy a traditional air horn?"
