Great crankbaits

,
August 8, 2011
By bennyRF4C
from Meridian, MS
Advantages: Ease of use, Style/Design, Performs well, Value for money, Quality, good hooks
"Catches fish. Easy to crank for a deep diver and comes through wood and rock very well. Favorites are blue back-chartruse and Black green flake back-white. Solid white in the Fall. Not so expensive that you can throw them in some trashy areas."

"Nothing was working at the lake. Tried everything in the box except for this lure. Then it was game on for the next three hours. Caught 15 largies the biggest weight was six pounds. Outstanding bait."

"used to catch some tight lipped fish that had backed out of cove to deeper cover on channel with our weather change and the suspending to me was the difference between getting bites or not"

Lacking

Disadvantages: Performance
"I had high hopes for the lure, with a suspended presentation for my target. This lure does nothing different than any of my other deep water divers. Disappointing"

false description

"I bought some of these crankbaits understanding they suspend when u stop reeling them in, not so they come to surface as fast as my other crankbait, i was looking for something that dives deep then stays in the strick zone longer this isn't it, as far as the looks of the bait and action is good."

Staying in Strike Zone is EVERYTHING!

,
November 19, 2007
By Baldeagle
from Dallas, TX
"Suspending baits have an advantage--they stay in the strike zone, and staying in the strike zone is everything! This bait dives to the zone quickly and suspends so that you can CREEP the bait into, around, and over stumps. It still has just enough buoyancy to help it back out of a mess. But hang on--when it pauses with that subtle rise the bass kill it! Just returned from using this bait to land several large bass on this bait with this tactic. And for the price, you can't beat them."
