Very Happy!!,March 29, 2009
By ttank0789from Wellington, OH
"This is my first inline muzzle loader and I couldn't be happier! Right out of the box at 60 yards with iron sights I shad a 3 shot one inch group that was about an inch and a half from the bullseye with 100 grains of pyrodex pellets and 300 grain TC XTP sabots. The second and third bullets were just as easy to load as the first which was very nice. I really like the break action for two reasons. 1) easy loading of primers and 2) it makes it very easy to clean. I recommend this gun to anyone because it's very accurate right out of the box and its very easy to clean and operate. Thanks Traditions for making an excellent gun!"

"I am a founder of Wiliams Bros Safaris and hunting whitetail is our speciality. The Traditions Pursuit LT muzzleloader in 50 caliber is by far our favorite blackpowder weapon. No blowback makes it easy to clean and the break action makes it a snap to prime with the 209 primers. The all steel Williams fiber optic sights mine came with are excellent. This rifle is accurate, Power Belt 295 grain bullets seem to shoot the best on top of Pyrodex pellets. Recommend this rifle to all my clients and would buy another one when I wear this one out!"

Great Buy,October 12, 2007
By SageJpfrom Mid-Mchigan
"I purchased this muzzleloader after a co-worker was telling me what a great gun and buy this gun was. I was telling him about some other, more expensive muzzleloaders I was looking at, when he told me how he'd put his gun up against any of them. After the purchase of this gun, I couldn't be happier with it."

Great Deal,September 14, 2007
By Doe shooter
"I was in the market for a totally different muzzle loader. I took a new bow to a shop to get set up and was telling the owner about the muzzle loader I was looking for. Man O Man am I glad I ever talked to Buster in Winfield, WV. He not only gave me all of the particulars of the bad choice I was about to make, he also told me of the hands down best deal going on a muzzle loader today. When my bow was ready I also bought the Pursuit LT. After getting home and putting it together I was even more impressed that anyone could do this "if they had a heart beat". The scope needed very little adjusting and it shoots both sabots and full lead or power belts very well. No matter what I shoot I get a good pattern. I soon learned that after a dozen or so shots to clean not only the barrel but also the latch as some fouling will keep it from closing tight. Thanks Traditions for not only the traditional style Hawkin but now the modern style EXTREMELY accurate break open style."

Excellent Muzzleloader,January 17, 2007
By RutNut
"This Traditions Pursuit is EXCELLENT and a very straight shooting muzzleloader. My hunting buddies along with myself are impressed at how tight the shot groups are at 100 yards. I am very happy with this purchase and will recommend this rifle to all that are interested in shooting muzzleloaders. Super easy to load and clean."

By DEERHUNTER247from Gloucester, Va
"I have had the pleasure of owning a few different type of muzzleloader's since I started 8 years ago. This is by far the best I have owned yet, It shoots straight, easy to load, and easy to clean. I have already recommended this gun to my father and some of my friends."

Accurate & Simple,September 3, 2006
By DeerAddictfrom upstate NY
"This is my first inline with 209 primer ignition. I love it. It is easy to clean, undo 1 screw and pull the breech plug and it's stripped down. It seems to be well made. I got it new out of the box, loaded it with 90 grains of pyrodex and a 250 gr sabot, and immediated put 2 shots in almost the same hole at 25 yards. I look forward to hunting with it this year. I even plan to carry it during the regular deer season because it is more accurate than my slug-gun."

good first blackpowder gun,July 18, 2006
By buckhunter
"I used this gun last season in my first blackpowder season, one shot, one kill! very accurate, very lethal. Simplistic design makes it easy to opperate and easier to clean, just pull the breach plug out and clean. Two concerns with the gun, 1. the break open action has a tendency not to lock when the weapon is loaded, 2. because of this i have lost a few firing caps( and a nice shot at a buck while i was trying to get the gun to lock) this is the only reason why i would not give the gun 5 stars. Great first time weapon, and the price was execellent."

Thanks Santa,July 11, 2006
By Anonymousfrom Callaway, MD
"I got this gun for Christmas and love it. This is my starter gun - first time muzzleloader owner. Easy to use, lightweight, easy to load and put a primer in. Got a deer the first shot fired while hunting. Very impressed. Only wish I could have reloaded faster - could have gotten another deer!"

Great Black Powder,July 11, 2006
By Greg Rickelsfrom Seymour,TN
"This is the first breach inline that I have ever owned and it is the greatest. This gun is the best to load to unload to clean and to shot. I hope to buy another on this year for my son."
