"I bought one of these in the AP Green a year ago for my Mossberg 835 for turkey season. I liked it so much I mounted it on my Mossberg 935 for duck and goose season. Since they are on sale I'll be buying a 2nd one so I don't have to switch them between guns."

"I LIKED THE SCOPE WHEN I BOUGHT IT. HOWEVER, AFTER I SIGHTED IT IN IT STOPPED WORKING. I THOUGHT IT WAS THE BATTERY BUT IT WASN'T. ALSO THE RETICLES DON'T CLICK INTO POSITION FIRMLY ENOUGH (YOU HAVE TO BE CAREFUL YOU'RE FULLY IN POSITION OTHERWISE YOUR AIM POINT IS OFF.) I'M GONNA TRY ANOTHER ONE I'LL LET YOU KNOW !"

Mossberg 835, Red dot sight
"The sight locks on fairly easy and will stay put with a little gun-tite thread lock. I have put quite a few rounds through the 12gauge with no problems. this sight and hornady 300grain SST slugs are a deadly combo.
Overall a pretty good product, I would like to see better directions on mounting and zeroing though"

"Put the sight on my pistol and started sighting it in. 8 shots and something inside broke and started slideing around inside. No more dot showing. this was mounted on a .44 mag, with 300 gr LFN at 1050fps. very mild load."

"I purchased the redhead pursuit deluxe red dot sight and mounted it on a b-square shotgun scope mount attached to my mossburg500 12-gauge and got terrific results. I shot two 8 point bucks all in the heart with this sight. i would reccomend this sight to friends and family."

Not for my rifle,February 22, 2007

"I like the features on this scope but it’s not for my rifle. Tried to put it on a Ruger Mini-30 and it lasted about 17 rounds while sighting it in before the recticle shot loose. To be fair the Mini-30 is murder on scopes. Lots of violent vibration when the action cycles and the bolt hits the receiver and again when the bolt slams back closed. Good scope but not for this application."

Multi-Recticle Red Head Red Dot Sight,September 1, 2006

"On 8/26/06, I engaged two 250 lbs wild hogs with a Single shot Thompson-Center Encore chambered in 375 JDJ within two minutes of each other due to the easy acquisition pick-up and lead I was able to establish with the Red Head Multi- Recticle Red Dot I had mounted. The first shot was taken at about 70 yds at a left rear quartering aspect. The Second shot was taken at approximately 150 yds on a flat out runner. Using the 10 MOA dot to help in lead, I put the runner down as easy as I did the first hog.
Out of the four hunters, I was the only one to get a one shot kill on both my quarry. Needless to say, the combination of the T/C, the 375 JDJ round, and the RH RD MR system made this hunt a success"
