"Just wrap your pant legs with a firm fold over and wrap around the leg wrap and velcro secure. Slip you feet into the boots whether low cut, cowboy, knee boot, or hip boot and forget you pant legs creeping up to you knee forever. This is a very good product for comfort and securing your pants stay in place within boots."
