"its not kid or dog proof.the puppy put his claw threw it,the material not that thick and the company doesnt have and touch up patches.and where the foot rest comes up that fabric has already rip off where thiers not suport underneath."

Catnapper-Bad, BPS-Good,August 17, 2007

"Catnapper makes this chair for BPS, mine broke just two weeks after getting it delivered. Called Catnapper, got NOWHERE from their customer service, NO returned calls as promised, even a dealership that sold their products warned me that they were impossible to deal with. Kept calling-no results, just runaround. After one month, called BPS customer service, had a new recliner in two days!!!! I love my magnum recliner, but hate the idea of having to deal with Catnapper after the warranty expires. Might just have to sit in a broken chair with no heat/massage."

"Bought the chair for my husband as a surprise for his birthday, and he is so thrilled with it!! Probaby the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in. We race across the room to see who can get there first to sit in it. Well worth the price tag!!"

"This chair is comfortable and sturdy. Large size makes it accomodating for a man over 6' with plenty of leg room when reclined. The pattern is crisp and the fabric is soft to touch. Steel frame is durable and the remote is easy to read."
