"I collect fossil shark teeth year-round on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay, going out once or twice a week. I purchased a pair of these socks about 6 months ago. They serve the main purpose that I bought them for, which is to make my winter wading boots usable during the summer, but both socks have developed holes in the toe area. The holes are in the neoprene itself, not the seam. I can probably get another summer's use out of them, but the socks aren't nearly as durable as I expected for the price."
